The staff of the hotel was very patient teaching us the direction where we want to go,the free buffet breakfast taste good..the cleanliness of the surroundings was highly recommended 🥰🥰🥰 we really enjoyed our second honeymoon..at this photo that i sent sorry to my face hahahaha because my husband playing mobile game while i am taking up this picture..this picture is one of the proof of our room we spent our 4days trip and hotel that we stayed..is very clean and thier staff and guard are very frendly also the information desk..very helpfull and nice..they can communicate very well.to thier customer..😊😊😊🙏🙏 best regards to all the staff..khob kuh kha..☺️

位置2個bts中間，又近地鐵站好方便，在大街旁邊轉入5min，可以格住車聲都房間尚算清潔，員工見面會打招呼

From the moment we arrived at the Silom Serene Hotel, we felt right at home. Room was nice if a little the worse for wear. Staff was very obliging and service generally good. There are ***y Thai and Indian restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. Good price for the location.

From the very start it was clear that the hotel was not going to be great. I contacted the hotel last minute and was able to book a very spacious room for April. Most important to me was the room was quiet at night as I am a light sleeper. Service at reception was friendly and very helpful. Staff was very obliging and service generally good.

We were upgraded to the next tier room for free. From airport to hotel pick up was smooth by hotel staff. Excellent location as it is a short walk to Papong, Irish Pubs, McDonalds (open 24 hours) and Saladaeng Station. Very reasonable price for a hotel near the Silom area.

Very good experience with this hotel, staff are very friendly & helpful, professional in all aspects. location is excellent, very convenient. Hotel recently did upgrade.

We stayed here for honeymoon and quite satisfied with this hotel. The complimentary breakfast is not bad. There are ***y Thai and Indian restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. I usually stay at cheaper places up near the Jim Thompson house and will probably go back there next time Im in BKK.

Moved room, which was not damp so I was happy untill I realized that when I turned on the water in the sink it went straight to the floor and onto my feet. Great central location just off Silom. I am pleased to share that this situation has improved.

Nothing is flashy but is reasonable for the price. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have reviewed it before and was less than complementary on their breakfast. Skytrain is awesome and easy to use so do yourself a favour and take it to most places in bangkok.
