DO NOT use this companys services.#1 Unprofessional #2 lack of clarity in communication #3 lack of integrity.The moving company in Singapore used Boonma as partner to bring our household items to Thailand. Lack of clarity in communication and caused preventable demurrage charges of >USD 1,000. Demurrage ended up being more than duty. When we confronted this situation with Boonma, they blamed us and took zero responsibility. We spent 2+hours trying to explain our situation to management, who asked us to write down all our information, and then ignored that very information they asked us to write down and charged all additional cost to us.Very disappointing and will advise anyone to find someone else to handle shipments to/from Thailand.
