My stay at this Hilton was less than pleasurable. The first room I was in had black mold. Moved to room #2 where no internet access point was working. Moved to room #3 the next night and again no internet access point was working. All of this whilst dealing with the unfriendly, condescending, and passive aggressive front desk attendant each night I returned from work. I believe her name was Cherrise.A minor thing, but the TVs in the guestrooms are not smart TVs. What year is it, 2012? I wouldnt have thought I needed to bring my Roku with me to a hotel in 2021.Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in & as a Travel Agent Ive certainly been in a lot. There are plenty of other accommodations either direction on this same road, I advise you choose them over staying here.

Positive: The room was large/spacious unlike most hotels. Bathroom was handicapped friendly. The shower excellent for my needs. I was vacationing with my son and his family. The extra space was good for the children to move and play. Comfortable beds. Negative: We found unwrapped Cough-drops and food under one of the beds.

Negative: Room was overlooking the interstate and windows weren¿t good enough to block the sound. The noise of trucks etc kept me up at times during the night.

Positive: The room was spacious Negative: The hotel was not as clean as I wouldve liked. The faucet in the tub was falling off and there was mold in the bathroom.

Positive: the pool and hot tub Negative: could not control the AC

Positive: It¿s very clean. Negative: The Air condition is loud. The refrigerator has left over milk from last people who stayed.

Positive: Location Negative: Filthy Hotel contacted Hilton 3 Times I was just ignored stay away from this one.

Positive: The cleanliness of the room as well as the lobby. Also, the staff were polite and professional during the entire week. They made me feel very much at home during my stay! The location was perfect for my work requirements while in Albany.

Negative: Dirty with mold in the bathroom. The carpeting in the hall on the fifth floor was dirty. For two days, the same waste paper and a rubber band were on the floor of the elevator. The furniture was old and scuffed. The doors to the rooms were scuffed.

Positive: Enjoyed our stay and use of hot tub. Room was very nice, roomy and clean. Staff very pleasant. Hotel is in a safe area.
