If i could put minus i would shocking room was dirty when we first came in for isolation very poor service from reception order a meal through uber eats. To have it delivered then no knock at the door but a call half an hour later to ask if we had recieved our meal 20 minutes after delivery. Made to feel like criminals very poor food supplied three times a day would never stay here under choice definetley not the service i was expecting shocked and apaueld minus 5 stars.

Great seating area on ground floor with comfortable chairs. Really great area.Check in could have been more welcoming & informative. I was not asked for my Accor membership number. Checkout great. Staff were great. Parking good.2 pillows & plate and milk outside the door on arrival and for most of the afternoon. Only 2 pillows supplied, asked for another 2 which we received promptly.Room: needed 2 hands to flush toilet with great force. Office chair broken and an OHS issue. Fortunately I felt it was loose and didn’t go back on it, if I had I would have fallen back on to floor.Bar: great staff, Annabelle was delightful and helpful.Breakfasts were warm, not hot.

Unfortunately our stay wasnt because of a exciting trip to Melbourne! It was to visit The Alfred hospital. My brother is terminal. But on saying that, the room was really spacious, which made it easy to move around without being on top of each other. We were warm and comfortable.

Was a nice stay, only downside was as a Platinum member I usually get a welcome pack with water and some other surprises but on this occasion I didnt receive anything.

Bonjour,J’avais précisé Twin roof lors de ma réservation, ce qui avait été confirmé par la responsable des réservations.Mais après le dépôt des bagages, ces derniers nous attendaient dans la chambre. Il y a une une erreur dans l’attribution de la chambre, nous avons eu la 5204 au lieu de 3204.Apparemment un 3 mal rédigé, vu sur les étiquettes bagages.Et la petite bouteille ne nous attendait pas dans la chambre.Le personnel très accueillant et le breakfast excellent.

화장실 천장에서 물이떨어져서 항의 했으나 고쳐주지도 않고 객실 교체도 해주지 않음. 화장실 수건에 사용한 흔적이 있는 것도 함께 있었고, 곽티슈가 떨어져도 다시 채워주지도않음. 객실은 청소을 대충해서 먼지가 여기저기 수북했다. 이 호텔은 물이 새는걸 알고있었다 위 공사흔적이 있었고 일주일 동안 세면대위 천장물은 계속뗠어졌다.

We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. The location of the hotel could not be better. There are plenty of parking spots for the hotel. Staff were awesome. Perfect position opposite Albert Park Lake. Loved the buffet breakfast. At the weekend there is a brilliant value for money.

Viaggio per lavoro e il fatto che non abbia funzionato quasi mai internet in camera e stato un disagio enorme. Sono stato costretto a lavorare presso la lobby per ore intere piuttosto che in camera. Ho avvisato reception e duty manager che hanno provato ma invano a risolvere il problema.

The location of the hotel is a huge advantage. The traffic connections are very good. The amenities in the room are pretty ok. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and really friendly. The rooms are very value for money. A big thank you to David and Andrew on Reception, and Kirsty in Dining Room.

Klart bra hotell rent och snyggt men några delar finns att förbättra bl a Free WiFi saknas det får det inte göra för något hotell med klass år 2017. Mycket högt störande prat i foajen men dock tysta och fina rum. Klart godkänt även om städningen av smokearea var klart undermålig. Men som sagt gratis WiFi ska tillhöra alla hotell och 15 Aus dollar per dygn är hutlöst dyrt, klart minus i protokollet :=(Annars var servicen mycket bra från alla och baren klart bra, nära till parker och bad samt stad är klara plustecken...

The location of the hotel was great. Hotel very near to tram stop. The rooms are going to be generally clean. The in room amenities were nice. The front desk person was extremely nice. Room rates are reasonable for the type of hotel. Very helpful, super friendly despite being very busy.

居心地がいいので、三回目の利用。ホテルスタッフは完璧な対応をしてくれる。移動するのに便利な立地。次も利用しようと思っております。
