They are good and reliable. They did may waterproofing since 2005, I just have them replace the sump pump, the sump pump lasted for 16 years. Usually life span of the sump pump last only 5 to 7 years. I have no problem with the waterproofing of my basement.

All in all an absolutely amazing experience they were professional, kept me informed in a timely manner of any changes. the qokr is efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them!
