Jai passé 5 jours au club avec mon mari et ma fille.Personnel très agréable, club très bien pour les familles, la formule all inclusive est vraiment top !Je suis obligé de préciser le manque de respect de la clientèle Anglaise qui est présente à 80%.Bruit (nuit, petit matin), Gaspillage qui fait froid aux yeux, manque déducation des enfants, je suis impressionné par leur comportement.Je pense que le club est vraiment fait pour ces clients.Ce fut un bon séjour mais nous ne sommes pas à notre place.Merci quand même au personnel qui est vraiment génial.

Fantastic holiday here. Hotels rooms were very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. And the food was AMAZING. So much variety and lots to do. Stella was very helpful with information and was great to talk to.

Rooms are basic- was disappointed to start with however the rest of hotel is fantastic. FoodIs varied- something for everyone. Water park is amazing. Entertainment team are fab. Keep everyone busy. Would return as a family.

Hola!!Una experiencia inolvidable, me encantó el tanto el hotel en sus instalaciones, la limpieza y comida. Todo un éxito, el personal muy atento y simpático, repetiré sin duda alguna en Club Mac en mis próximas vacaciones.

Seriously this place is paradise . Three hotels means 3 different restaurant also a snack bar and a burger bar like you couldnt be hungry at all . Drinks there is so many to chose from that u can literally stagger to bed every night merrily . The rooms are lovely after only having been refitted . The staff top class and are what really makes this place pop . They will literally go to the end of the earth to help you . Ive come once before and they acknowledged that with a returning discount and also left a personal letter and chocolates in my room we also were gifted a back pack acknowledging the difficult pandemic . The animation team they just dont stop all day every day entertaining all the family young to old with various games then they are there at night time hosting the entertainment and our favourite the cash bingo (please let us win ) not a single bad thing to say get over here !

Sadly after a few days here (still here) I discovered someone has went to my daughters buggy, into my enclosed bag, rummaged & stolen my Ray Ban sunglasses. Leaving the damaged case behind. I only took my daughter to the pool less than 6 steps away. Reported to reception & they was so helpful. Even though I can’t get them back, they certainly took it very seriously. So thank you.Would 💯 returnThese things happen

La animación junto con las instalaciones es sin duda lo mejor del complejo (los animadores no pueden ser mejores). Es un hotel inglés y la mayoría de los huéspedes son ingleses. Lo peor de la instancia son las voces y los ruidos en los pasillos de las habitaciones sin respetar las noches. Otro punto a mejorar sería la variedad de comida, repetitiva, básicamente es la misma a diario salvo alguna varíacion cada día en las cenas temáticas.El personal es muy amable y servicial tanto en el comedor como el personal de la limpieza. En conjunto si lo que deseas es diversión para pasar una semana máximo en familia o con amigos es perfecto con el TI, pero si quieres relax y descansar o valoras como algo prioritario la variedad en las comidas, (aunque la calidad no es del todo mala en cuanto a pasta y ensaladas sí lo es en las carnes y pescados) no te aconsejo más de 5 día.

We have just returned from a week in your hotel, room 611 in the Marte building, we cannot fault anything at all, food excellent, cleanliness excellent, staff excellent, entertainment excellent, something for the kids and adults, we are not able to express in words how amazing the entire package was, special mention to one of your receptionists, did not get his name, tall, glasses, thinning hair, he was working this morning when we left 02/10/21, he deserves a pay rise, he went above and beyond helping us with a problem accessing our lateral flow results. Food one of the best weve had all inclusive. Massive fresh selection. Staff attentive and friendly. Daughter absolutely loving het holiday! Woild definitely recommend for family.

Here at the moment family group of 13 cant complain about anything .food here is great have selection of choice from breakfast straight through to dinner time ..burger bar also .drinks good too entertainment for children is great plenty to do ...pools are clean .family room enough space for family of 5 rooms cleaned as need so over all so ar 5*

We had a fantastic time staff management and entertainment staff all excellent we will be back next year for sure food was fantastic and restaurant holiday went to quick we cant wait to come back rooms nice and clean same as restaurant very satisfied indeed

A really good stay here at Club Mac Alcudia. The selection of food at dinner time was limited, the location is beautiful. One of the main problems was the smell from the sewars. It was really bad at times. The rooms aren’t that big, you’d struggle to “swing a cat” I was expecting something a bit larger for a family of four.

Fantastic hotel!! We was originally booked into another hotel but changed last minute to Club Mac and i am so glad we did!Me and my partner came on recommendation from my brother who was with you the week before and we werent disappointed what so ever! Check-in was smooth we got plenty of information about the hotel and surrounding areas. We got a glass card for €1 each to enable you to get a glass at the bar instead of paper cup! Great idea no cups left laying around. We were also given hand sanitiser and masks on check-in.Food- was okay plenty of choices etc. My only gripe was parents letting children get their own food when it clearly states all way around the restaurant DO NOT!!Pools - amazing very spacious loads of room around them all. Very clean.Hotel room- small but adequate for 2 adults. Cleaners came in every day and cleaned our room changed bedding etc every time we went back to our room you could smell the disinfectant and that the room had been cleaned.While we were with you it was my partner Lees birthday we were out for the day and come back to a lovely clean room a suprise card and bottle of champagne 🍾 !!Our time in Alcudia and at Club Mac was amazing as a couple we also got engaged on the 1st Oct in Alcudia 💍 we will be returning with our children in 2022!Thank you for making our holiday amazing 👏 🍻

Muchas actividades para tener a los niños entretenidos. Las instalaciones muy bien, no nos ha hecho falta ir al Hidropark por la cantidad de piscinas que tiene el complejo. El buffet libre correcto. El personal un 10, les hemos dado muchos problemas y nos han ayudado siempre y con una sonrisa. Muchas gracias

Todo muy bien. Complejo con muchas alternativas de ocio: piscinas, parque acuático, lago con velomares, parque de hinchables, recreativos....Comida variada y abundante con noches temáticas. Relación calidad precio más que razonable.Todo el equipo de animación muy agradable y actividades con ellos muy divertidas.El espectáculo nocturno que hacen ellos el mejor de todos los que vimos.Ideal para ir con niños o adolescentes.Están deseando volver.

Did not book this hotel, was a substitute whilst issues getting to our hotel but it was awful. Food was really below a budget hotel , drinks at lunch were also not very nice. Cigarrette buts in Cup holders of loungers , felt unclean.

Súper complejo, muchas actividades para los niños, la comida ha estado muy bien. El personal muy simpático. Sin duda volveremos.

Coming to the end of our 2 week stay here at club mac and it was just what we needed!! Weve had the best time, everywhere is amazingly clean, the staff are so welcoming and the food has been amazing! So glad we came :) thank you club mac, we will return x

Been 2 times here now and would definitely come back a 3rd time. The only thing I thought was bad is the size of the rooms are very very small. Other than that try bring strong mozzie repellant as you will need it. All in all good holiday ❤️ was had by us all .
