This was my Second time staying in this hotel and there were about nine years difference and they did not disappoint this time. Very clean. Front t desk staff amazing And a very attentive. Parking was not an issue and they have an amazing security camera situation to make sure that our vehicles are safe. They are pet friendly which is always a plus with us!

Very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will return again the next time we travel through Amarillo.

Positive: The pool was working! They served free dinner and free alcoholic beverages (3 per guest) our entire stay and had a coke machine for the kids which was open 24hours (that was a plus!) we loved the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely book again!

Positive: The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was incredible!! Negative: I did not care for the location. The surrounding neighborhood was sketchy.

Positive: Clean every where. Friendly staff. Willing to answer question regarding area and location to eat. Negative: Not a thing.

Positive: Cleanliness and the fact that snacks in the evening plus three drink tickets were there for us. Staff very friendly. They also served breakfast. Negative: Lots of big dogs who took over the elevators! They allow dogs. Food for dinner snacks and breakfast had lots of carbs. So not very calorie conscious.

Positive: Great hotel with amazing hospitality! Rooms were clean, kick back hour was more than we expected, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Have never been more comfortable in a hotel. They do everything right from the staff, room, food, amenities, and accomodations. Just wish there were more of them along our journey! A+++.

Positive: Staff was great Negative: Over priced for the terrace room. The water temp adjustment in the shower was horrible. It was either barely a tiny warm or scalding hot. If the beverages are out in the little area next to the check in counter the soda machine should be on.
