I had stayed at the Horizon with a friend a few years ago and remembered it being a comfortable hotel, so I decided to book again for a last-minute weekend trip. Great facilities in the room including beach mats and a parasol. The warm and energetic welcome that we received upon a late arrival from Bangkok set the scene for a high standard of service during our stay. We really appreciated the amazing service we received every day.

The staff & facilities at the resort were excellent. The Thai people are truly amazing. The location may be a little quiet for some but its got pretty much everything you need. The resort is up a steep hill but they offer a free tuk tuk that you can call to meet you down the hill.

Staff couldnt do enough for you and always went that little extra. We tipped the staff wherever we could because they were always smiling and gracious. We arrived late and were greeting to the extremely friendly front of house staff. I really recommend this hotel to familys that wanna relax and have fun.

We had eight nights in a Privilige Room overlooking the adults only pool. We had great service from cleaning staff to hotel ***agement, everything taken care of. The Staff were extremely friendly and very accomodating at all times. The resort is a good 50km away from the Phuket airport.

We have been here for 12 nights and I certainly would not have any hesitation in recommending this resort to anyone. Staff were always helpful and I was presented at breakfast with a birthday cake and song on my birthday. We had booked into the Priviledge Pool Access Room and we are so pleased we did.

My boyfriend and I had a great time here at the end of April. There are lots of good restaurants if you turn left at the main road. As a cheap holiday, the package was cheap (av $100/night each including airfare/acc & most meals) so that is good value.

The resort is in a nice quiet location and has all that you need. Large comfy room with balcony which was nice in the evening with a slight breeze. The breakfast is what you would expect from a buffet breakfast and the dinner buffet ia different every night which keeps it interesting.

What a great place for our 1st Phuket adventure. We had a very large room overlooking the Swimming pool at the Privileged wing. The morale of the story is be patient when shopping. The Horizon suited all our needs and exceeded our expectations. Had a very early check out and we were offered a breakfast box.

We absolutely loved our stay at Horizon Karon. The service was excellent from the time we arrived at the reception hall to the time they delivered us to the airport. We had quite a spacious room with a beautiful view on the sea (Club wing 3d floor) and sun beds.

Note the hotel is approximately 40-45 minutes away from the airport. The catering and hospitality staff were fantastic and could not do more for you. We would recommend this hotel for families who are looking to have a great holiday and being able to contain meal costs whilst giving all the family a choice at meal times.

Every single person in the hotel is always ready to help you. There are plenty of amenities including facilities we did not use such as kids club, the games room and the privilege club. Location is the best about this resort. Pick up from hotel wasnt till 1650 hours allowed us to stay in room till then free of charge normally 1000 baht.
