The size of the room is ok for us without any big luggage. The room was clean. Beds are soft with a welcome tray. The bathroom was always spotlessly clean. The hot water was very hot. Excellent power from the shower head. We will be back that is for sure.

We had a good stay in this guesthouse. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. All the employees of the hotel were very helpful and very friendly. Of course, the location is superb. Roads are safe and flat you can admire and feel lovely old palace and temples.

Nice guest house with welcoming owner. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. I found the entire hotel to be very clean. The room was not facing the main backpacker strip, which was good in the evenings when nearby bars and restaurants had live music playing.

We stayed here beginning of Nov for couple of nights and it was an ok guesthouse. Bikes and transfers to sukhothai available. Do visit Sri Nakharin Park where you can jog or just simply relax and enjoy the sun set together and take some lovely pictures. Staff is very friendly and helpful and enjoying guests.

Value for money is not at all good. Had to wait in line for a long time, not good enough. You can buy tickets to go somewhere else directly in the guesthouse and they dont seem tp be overpriced considering how far the bus station is from the town.

Told us places to visit , helped us with our bus transfers when leaving Location was ok with a few bars around. Bike rental is available in the guest house. The room is very large. Not sure if we would stay there again though if we ever went back to Ayuthaya.
