ได้เข้ามาพักเพราะมางานแต่งงานวันที่8ธค. ลูกชายลืมเสื้อสีขาว โทรมาสอบถามพนักงานเบลบอยชื่อคุณจำลอง มาตโค้ง บอกว่าจะสอบถามแม่บ้านให้ และได้แจ้งกลับว่าพบเสื้อ ดิฉันขอให้จัดส่งคืนให้เพราะอยู่ดำเนินสะดวก พนักงานได้จัดส่งเสื้อให้ที่บ้าน และไม่ยอมบอกเลขบัญชี เขาเดินไปส่งให้ ถึง2 ครั้งเพราะไปรษณีย์ปิด รู้สึกประทับใจในการให้บริการของพนักงานที่ รร.น่าร้กมากค่ะ ขอบคุณที่ อบรมพนักงานได้มีคุณภาพมากๆ จะบอกต่อและกลับมาใช้บริการอีกค่ะ

적당히 좋은수준의 레지던스형호텔입니다.다만 도심접근성이 떨어지고 주변에 편의시설이 없다는 단점이 큽니다

I rated this hotel as excellent the last time we stayed, which was just a few months ago. I hosted ***y business travelers from my company and all had nothing but good to say about their stay and the location. The room was clean and tidy. Hope they keep up the good effort and continue to provide convenience to business people and those who need a night near airport while waiting for flight. Staffs are very accomodating.

Good location if youre looking for somewhere halfway between the airport and the city or having a quick stopover. Room is superbly designed. The service level is outstanding. I did feel the price for the cat was a bit steep but I suspect that covers some irresponsible owners who leave a mess.

Nothing to shop for in walking distance. Room is Nice with full kitchen eq. The rooms are very spacious and allow due to a kitchen and washer/dryer in ***y rooms to be fully independent. I will come back soon for the same oakwood hotel more and more awesome experiment thank you oakwood your guest Adel Barakat.

I didnt realized that Oakwood was the perfect place for my training, until I got there. Upgraded to Delux room which was huge. The personal was helpfull and give me tipps for going shopping at Bangna Mall. Great apartments with a nice poolarea. The complimentary buffet breakfast was quite good.

Easy to get into city by Skytrain/ taxi if needed. Hotel staff were very helpful and gave us a late checkout which meant baby could sleep before we had to leave which helped a lot. The restaurant within the hotel supplies breakfast and dinner at an additional cost which was quite efficient. Of course, i believe its not every time i can upgrade, but enough for my appreciate.

Its not convinient if youre in Bangkok for leisure or sight-seeing. The people at the front desk didnt know how long this arrangement with the restaurant would last. Its in the middle of nowhere and a long way from the airport. Its not really near anything touristy or worth visiting.

English knowledge of personnel is poor. Travellers can get here using the bts train to Bang Na station. Having just come in from a complicated trip from Laos, the last thing I wanted to do was clear up a clerical error, and the fact that the staff was so unhelpful to me was frustrating.

Facility is decent. Location is good close to airport.
