Prices were acceptable on food and drink. The villa is situated perfectly for eating outside and enjoying the sunsets. The staff were very friendly and looked after us well throughout our stay. Sandy and the staff arranged some fantastic day trips for us, that went off without a hitch.

Villas are top quality. I think the large villa could use with being shut down for a week for maintenance. Villa is very clean. The staffs were extremely helpful especially Sandy. The evenings are cool and you can comfortably sit outside and watch the sunset and no sweat too much.

We stayed for a week in February and it was superb. The village about 200m down the road has an incredible number of small shops at local, not tourist, prices for some items. Take some books and this is a good spot for complete and total relaxation for a few days.

I do not understand the greedy ***agement comment in a precious review. The pool area had mold everywhere as did the bathrooms and the water smelled like sulfur in the pipes. I think a week was just right for us, more might have been a bit boring as it is far away from everything.

We loved the quiet location and easily arranged transport with Sandy for our outings. We hired a car to see the sites but transport to Ao Nang was available for shopping or dinner trips. The way this villa wraps around the pool, plus the large deck umbrellas provide enough shade from the hot afternoon sun.
