Basic room with aircon and hot shower. Can’t fault for the price. Staff were efficient and friendly. They were great with our kids. We came to dive and Phiphi Hotel was in a perfect location, close to pier and dive shops. They offer use of fitness/steam at the fancier Banyan Tree Hotel. We ran out of time but thought that was a nice extra. We didn’t have the breakfast as left early to dive. Loved the pool for kids to play in.

My partner and I stayed here with a last minute booking that saved Christmas. We were booked elsewhere but seriously couldn’t stay. The service and breakfast was great. Can’t complain

The room price is very reasonable for the standard. We always felt safe walking around the downtown area after dark. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help in any way. Wifi works fine in the room. The best feature is the convenience. Highly recommended for the location alone.

We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. Several restaurants are within walking distance. You will save a good deal of money using the discount. We found the rooms to be clean. In short, the rooms look fantastic. The guest were a little noisey out in the hallway.

The hotel is good and clan, and near to the harbor, so when you will arrive you need walk really few meter for arrive to the hotel, also is near at night life, but not noise. Really a good position. Room is big and clean. I just have some problem with staff, i suggest you discuss all the rules before get the room. 2000 bath for late check in is crazy

We stayed for a night at this Hotel. Perfect for a short stay. I was surprise how large the rooms were for a standard room. The city is very walkable from here. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. Breakfast buffet offers a good international choice.

Easily accessible to taxi from the hotel. Very good breakfast to start the day with. There was a bellboy with help for luggage. The best part is the convenience. The choice of restaurants in the hotel is good. The views from some of the rooms are superb. Ultimately, you get what you pay for.

The whole resort was very clean. The bed was the comfiest ever slept on in a hotel. The views from the hotel room are fab. Breakfast had a good selection of options. Hotel has the amenities needed for any traveler. There certainly cater to a wide variety of tastes. Located very central.
