ประทับใจการบริการของพนักงานให้การต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสทุกคน และให้คำแนะนำดี ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีห้องน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำฝักบัว และ อ่างอาบน้ำ แยกกันคนละห้อง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อยไปนิดนึง ส่วนบรรยากาศ เงียบสงบ เหมาะการพักผ่อนมาก

For the price, I would recommend you stay somewhere else and take a day trip to Railay Beach. The place is beautiful, the hotel itself is ok - standard deco, clean rooms and good water pressure. My only issue with the hotel is the level of service. For the price and rating, I would expect more professionalism and of course that ‘warm Thailand’ welcome that most tourists expects when visiting such an exotic place. As a South-East Asian native, I can say there’s better service out there then what’s been offered here. Ok for one night but wouldn’t plan a long R&R here.

We travelled to Railay Beach for a friends wedding, they stayed and were married at Rayavadee which is stunning The wedding was fantastic, the service and options at Rayavadee were 1st class. The rooms are spotless and ground staff constantly working on cleaning and tiled roof repairs to spa area. The rooms – Great lovely room with a private bath area out the back. Its a mahoosive cliche but the staff at the hotel were helpful, friendly & kind. I gave my feedback to the hotel and I can see they have taken it onboard and the service has improved a lot.

From what we saw, it is the best looking venue in Railay (did not see Rayavadee) The pool villa was nice, the hotel grounds are groomed. I only had breakfast in the restaurant and it was adequate. The staff at this resort were attentive to our needs. We loved the sunsets on the west side.

I noticed that the hotel ***ager is quick to respond to past reviews here with let us know what we can do to improve in the future. The GM position is to make sure the highest level of standards are met, and he/she has failed. My experience here was very good and I would recommend a stay here for a relaxing holiday.

Location of the resort is stunning. As usual, the hotel staff are polite. Staff were lovely. We highly recommend this resort if you plan to have a relaxing and scenic vacation at Krabi or in Thailand in general; we will definitely go there again if we have the opportunity :D.

Location is good for long tail into Railay East, everything is walking distance at Railay. Make sure you drink drinks only from bottles though as there were a lot of people who were ill. We had a deluxe room and it was bit and nicely furnished. The hotel was the best thing on Railay Beach.
