The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. As were doing outdoor activities most of the time the room is sufficient for backpackers. We loved the neighborhood around the hotel. Every staff member we met gave us a friendly greeting and a smile. Had to wait for the rooms as I arrive early.

The fan kept the room nice and cool and we had our own balcony. We got a warm welcome at the hotel. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. You feel the genuine warmth from all the associates there. Thanks for ruining my experience of Koh Phi Phi October guesthouse.

We traveled as a family and we booked a suite. We booked this hotel through a website separate from the guesthouse. The hotel had a good location, for sure. Transportation was offered to areas of interest. As were doing outdoor activities most of the time the room is sufficient for backpackers.

I stayed here for 4 days recently with my wife. I stayed here last year and this place was cool for a place to crash. Prices for weekday stay was very very affordable. The bathroom smelt of urine when we arrived so we tried to keep the doors open to ventilate.

毎回利用させてもらって、特に変わった事が無く、変わらず良かったですね。従業員の訓練が良くできているという印象でした。

従業員の方々のしつけがしっかりできていて、気持ち良かった。総じて、コストパフォーマンスは抜群に良いと感じました。

ホテルの従業員のサービスがとてもよく、いつも目が合うと挨拶をかけてくれる。非常に満足度の高いホテルです。

部屋にいると廊下の人の声がよく聞こえうるさい。前回宿泊者チェックアウト後の清掃が行き届いてませんでした。

夜の声が聞こえたのには、ちょっと参った。でも、フロントスタッフの方と、ハウスキーピングスタッフの方の感じが良かったです。
