We booked the pool access room and it was great!! It felt very private and was a great spot to relax for a few days. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff was helpful. If I ever travel to Phuket again, I will definitely book here. The only negatives were that there was a limited number of sockets to charge our phones and tablets, 2 once we unplugged the television. Also, when we were booking our taxi to the airport the receptionist wanted us to leave an hour before we needed to and was quite pushy. When we were confirming the time with the travel desk, he also was pushing an earlier time and when we finally agreed, the taxi was late!,Good atmosphere,Good atmosphere,Good first impression

We arrived as ***y travellers do: Hot and tired after a long journey expecting an oasis. Nice having a balcony and we enjoyed the pool upstairs. We stayed in the terrace room in the Sino wing and enjoyed the outdoor shower and bathtub. Breakfast selection was vast, about 30 choices. Location good if your happy to stay in karon only.

We are on our last day here at The Old Phuket and its been great. Our room is located on the new Serene wing overlooking the pool. The service at reception is excellent. The location is great for getting about and there is plenty in vicinity. What great value.

Majority of the staff are excellent and can not do enough to help you. Location out of the hustle and bustle of Patong was good for us. The local restaurants at the rear of the hotel we found to be among the best ***** Karon strip. Alan and I loved our stay here and would totally recommend.

Stayed here just over a week and could not be more happy with the service from all the staff especially the staff in the breakfast area. The hotel staff are very friendly and always had a smile and helpful advice. The bathtub is facing a HUGE glass wall. Rooms are clean and tidy. We overall enjoyed our stay October.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The little pool kiosk served good food and drinks at good prices. Karon beach it really nice and it is just a 10 minute drive to Patong, which is the main shopping place/ beach. Breakfast buffet is good with alot of choice.

The Old Phuket is an interesting hotel to review. Karon is more laid-back and a lot more less sleazy than Patong. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and shops. Quick drop off (driver had to wait over an hour on arrival for us to clear immigrationwhich is common) so why almost double.

We would recommend a deluxe room with a balcony in the sino wing. Room was always tidied even when we didnt leave the little door hanger out. Staff friendly and courteous and gardens and surrounds neatly kept. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for a longer stay in the future.

What a pleasant stay we had recently at this lovely old world style hotel. What makes The Old Phuket so special are the team of staff who make your stay there so pleasant. The hotel is around 100m from Karon Beach which is an ideal walking distance. Definitely a hotel worth staying at if visiting Phuket.

I went in September which is the lowest season in Phuket and had a great stay. The advantage of walking directly from your room to the pool is hard to beat, so much so that I cant imagine any future bookings without the same facility. Very friendly attentive staff.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle services to places like Patong which is about a 15 minute drive however, you do need to book in advance. The security staff were excellent as were the housekeeping staff. We were happy with our stay and enjoyed our time at the Old Phuket.

The resort is ideally situated with the rear gate leading to a lane which has ***y restaurants, massage shops, chemist, tailor, mini-marts and coffee shop. ATM and money changers close by at beach exit to hotel and turn right. We used the Shark Restaurant for breakfast which had a vast array of choices with the egg station catering for all variants, omelettes, fried , boiled, poached etc. Would stay here again if in Karon.

スタッフが素晴らしいです。朝食バイキングがなかなかいいですよ。立地条件がとても良い。仕事出張ではいつも利用しています。

One of the best holiday i ever had. We enjoyed so much we will be back.
