They have RUINED my beard. Zero skill. I could do a better job myself at home. The girl used only the machine and messed up my mustache by trimming half of it and making it super thin. Nothing was done right. She cut it super short to the point where there was nothing left from my beard, didn’t even bother to use scissors, didn’t use a razor either. Just went over my beard with a machine and didn’t ask what length I prefer. It was literally my worst “barber” experience ever in my entire life.
