The Hotel Is Great. I planned to propose to my partner while in Thailand and the staff at the resort were extremely accommodating and helpful in making arrangements. The rooms are always clean and the maids dont come knocking early morning. The villa was great and we think it made it for our stay. Nothing at the breakfast menu was good quality.

The hotel is located about 1,25h from the airport and it is a good choice to pre order a taxi service, so that one doesnt have to barter with the drivers. The beach is about 10min walk away, clean and with nice waves that allow beginner and intermediate surfing. The food at the hotel is very solid and a lot of family marks or 7Elvens are close by. The pool is amazing! The rooms are great, but the service is a little slow, however nonetheless the hotel can be recommended.

I think we took at least 30 minutes walking to Kata beach. The swimming pools (blue and green tiles) are in good condition and well maintained, but the poolside fountains have failed and have not been repaired. The ***ager Rattana went the extra mile with us and provided us with exceptional service. Good value for money.

We checked out half an hour after noon and was informed that we have to pay for the room for an extra hour. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel special and was very impressed with all the wonderful staff. Cleanliness is far from spotless as you can see on the photos. Most things are more expensive in Phuket than in northern thailand and it is targeted to tourists.

We booked the grand suite at Alpina and just checked out. Rooms are clean but not super-fresh or new. The crew all speaks good English and they always give you a smile. Breakfast is more than adequate. The gym did its job but was old and constricted with hardly any floor area for stretching etc.

위치 보통~ 수영장 굿~ 룸 상태 보통~ 조식 굿~사실 좀 낡은 티가 나지만 괜찮았어요다만 하우스 키핑이 엉망이었어요청소도 제대로 안되고, 침대시트도 잘 안갈아주고..어느 날은 쓰레기도 안치웠어요직원교육이 필요합니다.

The rest of the room was clean. Price is fine after they provided 40 or 50%% discount. We did attent the New Years Eve festive dinner with buffet and entertainement and we truly enjoyed from all aspects. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and look forward to returning myself.

Property is run down and looks nothing like in pics. I definitely love the location as its not near the busy and raucous Patong Beach. The room was amazing and I wouldnt hesitate to book the same room type next holiday to have the luxury of stepping straight into the pool from the privacy of our own balcony.

We really liked the fact that the hotel was slightly back from Kata as it was quiet and not so touristy. Pass up lots of shops and stores on the way. Small restaurant across the road is nice/ cheap and you can get takeout if you want to eat in your room.

I was quite concern on how thoughtful they were with such response. The hotel is close to the shops and a easy 10-15min walk to the beach. I wouldnt bother worrying about looking for anything westernised as the local Thai restaurants are fantastic quality and serve food at Thai prices.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary and we are really happy to stay exactly in Alpina. Baht to Karon beach/markets Near mini golf for families And lots of taxis to go to the beaches, shopping, Patong, big Buddha, Phuket town. Breakfast is good, loved that breakfast was until 10:30 so we could sleep in if we wanted to.

We had a nice stay at this hotel but the price is definitly too high for what you get. Worth it if you want an ok standard and can get a good price. The staff is very friendly but nobody except the girl at the reception speaks english. The staff is very nice.

Clean and comfortable beds. Location is ok. Will come back again
