The left hand side hiking trail is not maintained anymore, but the first part of the one on the right is. At first, the trails (there are many and its easy to get lost) are clearly marked and there are educational signs on the trees and some kind of ranger station. There is no clear signage indicating the way to the top. Soon, it all becomes more rough and rugged, trails go in all directions and some are not practicable as you would need a machete to clear a path. Dont forget your phone or you wont know the way back to your starting point and will end up going round in circles ! It a beautiful hiking circuit but it could do with some signage. We did not meet any one on the trails.
