Staff are friendly and kind. Romm is very clean. Everything is very good. Perfect

The lobby is well-lit and pleasant. Not all the staff speak engilsh but its amaizing what can be achived with lots of smiles, hand signals and a laugh. The nice part about the Song Taaows is that they are cheap and will stop where ever you want ***** the main road. The hotel room was a nice size and very comfortable.

Loved my stay here. I really like the staff and the cleanliness of this place. Good facilities in the room for a basic hotel. Ill be staying at Craig and pims again next time I visit Thailand in the not so distant future I thought it was real value for my money.

Room was very spacious for triple occupancy. We even had a small balcony which was a nice touch. As for breakfast, we found out its only free with certain rooms. Weather is tropical during the summer-time with high humidity levels but the mornings & evenings are pleasant when it becomes windy there.

We had a driver take us shopping all around town and then to the wharf to book our ferry tickets etc for a small fee of 300BHT. Its a good 15 minute walk to get to town and then the beach. All beach equipment available at the reception. ***y things to see and do nearby.

I liked the comfortable style of the central gathering rooms. Its about a 10 minute walk from Karon beach and you can rent bikes from the hotel. You might want to ask for a room that is not on the main road side as there is a bit more street noise.

In general, Karon is quieter than patong and so this hotel is located in a quieter area and most places close around 11 or 12am. Rooms are clean and have a safety box. At night, there was loud music from outside but this was often drowned out by the sound of the AC machine in the room.
