ตั้งอยู่ในซอย ถ้าเข้าจากถนนนราฯจะใกล้ ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็กเมื่อเทียบกับ Express ด้วยกัน แต่โดยรวมก็ถือว่าคุ้มราคา มีที่จอดรถใต้ดิน 2 ชั้นซึ่งดีมาก น้ำในห้องน้ำเปิดไม่เจอน้ำอุณหภูมิปกติ มีแต่น้ำอุ่นค่อนไปทางร้อน มีผู้เข้าพักพอสมควรสำหรับช่วงโควิดนี้ ฝั่งซ้ายของโรงแรมมีการก่อสร้างอาคาร อาจมีเสียงดังบ้างในเวลากลางวันสำหรับห้องติดฝั่งก่อสร้าง อาหารเช้าช่วงโควิดต้องเลือกวันต่อวัน เพราะเมนูอาหารไม่เหมือนกัน นัดเวลาและลงมารับได้ที่ห้องอาหารนำไปทานในห้องพัก น้องผู้หญิงที่อยู่ฟร้อนมีอัธยาศัยดีมาก นอกจากน่ารักแล้วยังพูดไปยิ้มไปตลอด เหมาะสำหรับงานต้อนรับโดยแท้ แม่บ้านก็ให้บริการดี ภาพรวมจัดว่าดี คุ้มค่า

พนักงานน่ารักมากที่สุด น่ารักไปถึงรปภ. ตอนนี้พี่รปภ.ทำทุกอย่าง โบกรถ เปิดประตู กดลิฟท์ให้ 3in1ห้องดีสะอาด สะดวกสบาย เตียงสบายมาก หมอนมีแบบ Soft❤และแบบfirmอาหารเช้าช่วงนี้นั่งไม่ได้ก็สามารถเลือกได้ตั้งแต่เช็คอิน ลงเวลาแล้วลงไปรับได้ที่ Loby (ไม่มีRoom serviceแต่ไม่ใช่ปัญหาเดินได้) ตั้งใจแพคอาหารให้ลูกค้ามาก ไม่อิ่มโทรลงไปสั่งเพิ่มได้ เสร็จแล้วพนักงานโทรมาแจ้งด้วยว่าพร้อมแล้วค่ะก็ลงไปรับส่วนที่จะไม่สะดวกสบายก็มีพวก amenities ไม่ได้วางไว้ให้ ก็ตามดาวรร.เข้าใจและส่วนตัวไม่ได้มีปัญหาอะไรกับจุดนี้ ที่นี่สบู่และแชมพูคืออันเดียวกัน ถ้าคนไหนซีเรียสให้พกไปเองดีกว่าค่าตอน Check out ออก พนักงานให้ Postcard มาให้อีกด้วย ประทับใจอีก

Your staffs are very helpful and friendly. Your hotel room are very comfortable. I like pillows which have firm and soft for choosing. I like both of pillows. Your breakfast is delicious but it should be variety and if it can refill, it is great because it isn’t much quantity. Hotel is located where is near BTS skytrain . Your hotel service is look like more than three stars hotel.

Great location with good value for money. The location is very near to the BTS station which help you go around Bangkok easily. There is also the restaurant and 7-eleven nearby where you can grab everything you need. The hotel staffs are friendly and willing to help you with any matters. The breakfast is great despite the very low season of this pandemic situation, the hotel still maintain with good quality breakfast with various of choices. Cleanliness is over the top with high standard to keep guests safe through out the stay.

Breakfast during the stay on June 26, 2021 is an a la carte menu and the staff will serve it. By ordering in the form and sending it to the staff 2 times, but waiting for food for up to 1 hour, during which time I followed up with the staff periodically. The staff only informed that it was close to the queue. After waiting for the food for 1 hour, I followed up again. The waitress couldnt find the table. (This happens 2 times) So the food is stored in the back (staff kitchen). And there is no announcement to find any customers. So it was a terrible breakfast experience. However, there is still one thing that breakfast here can be a take away option.

This is my second time visiting this hotel. The room was clean with comfortable bed. All basic room facilities were provided. Reasonable price. Nice staff. My recommendation is that there should be more variety of food for breakfast including some high protein meals (for gym rat like us) 0% yoghurt , coke zero or some healthy meals. Coffee and chocolate taste ok. Very satisfied staying here.

Nice budget hotel in the perfect location. Their breakfast was great and they were generous to allow guests to take away after dine in.There is a few minutes walk to the BTS station, so easy to travel around the city.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sathorn since its opening quite a few times. Always come back here as the first choice of stay because everything is excellent from pre arrival, check-in, room, breakfast, and all the crew. Beside the location is perfect close to SkyTrain, restaurants and Silom

Love this area and hotel is off Main Street, but near BTS station and a major point in Bangkok. The only problem I experienced was construction next door in the morning woke me up. Not fault of hotel.

The Hotel location isnt bad, close walk to Chong Nonsi BTS station. Its a simple clean somewhat modern inspired western brand hotel with basic amenities. Thats where all the good points about this hotel stops. The rooms are small (maybe a bit bigger than those you find in Japan) compared to majority in the decent hotel rooms I have stayed at in the Silom area of Bangkok. They are so small once can get claustrophobic if you stayed in the room for more than an hour not unless your sleeping. The gym is very basic with not much equipment and you have to tell the hotel staff that you want to use the cardio machines because they have them all turned off. The breakfast is below average with most days no protein available except for fried egg.One can get a better hotel or service apartment with elevated services, amenities, 2-3 times the room size and better F
