Nice shop with Ray Ban and other eyeglass/sunglasses frames, a fine selection of Seiko, Alba, Citizen, Omni, and other watches, and stocks some very nice clocks. What a great experience. Owner/proprietor very natural nice, courteous, professional…and Customer-oriented.Came to his shop to resolve warranty issue with Ray Ban frames I purchased for my son from Dr. Yingphan. Dr. Yingphan sold us defective frames, and the first response of his office manager was “…(we) damaged them…”. It got worse when we dealt with Yingphan directly, with him telling me Ray Ban would need the glasses for 2 weeks, and that we may have to pay for new frames (the metal frames were corroding underneath the plastic temple tips). He was no help, and would not stand behind what he sold - a defective product. So, I contacted Ray Ban, and they told me Yingphan was NOT an authorized retailer of Ray Ban, and sent replacement frames to SAITHONG NARIKA, without making us send my son’s glasses in to Ray Ban - complete opposite of what knucklehead Yingphan told me. SAITHONG NARIKA took only 5 minutes to replace my son’s lenses in the new frames, at no charge. He was so pleasant that I ordered a set of Ray Ban frames from him for myself, and my wife and I bought a clock for our house from him.
