We stayed here for a night on the 02nd Oct weekend. The room tariff was quite high (possible as we booked just 3 days before). The food was average and was nothing really great, some of the food in the Lunch buffet at MoMo cafe seemed to be prepared quite in advance and just appeared to be re-heated and didn’t taste fresh. The Chicken & Mutton were good and well prepared.Coming to the Fun zone - the flooring is coming off and can be dangerous if you are fully engrossed in your game. My wife slipped and fell down, twisting her foot in the process. Getting the first-aid kit also took a lot of time and we had to make two calls to get that to our room. The tables and equipment at the Fun zone are not well maintained at all and is not something you expect from such a big brand.Due to Covid-19 protocols being followed, the swimming pool was not operational as well.The property overall is not very well maintained and i am sure things can be improved with some more care.Wouldn’t really recommend this to anyone.

I went for a dinner at the momo cafe.I would say the food was very tasty.Their menu is a lot better than many of the other 5 star hotels in the vicinity.The place was clean , the staff was very helpfull. The hotel had a very nice ambience.

I went to momo cafe and expecting to have a good strong coffeeSpecially went to have it and i was really dissapointed with the coffee 🙄🙄

I stayed in this hotel for 4 day and I can say some beautiful words for this hotel .... Pathetic food ,staff and service🤢Specially food - they sent us stinking food (puraana khaana serve kar rahe the ) chef ko bulla ke poochne par -he was like aisaa hi hota haiTerrible experience with courtyard Marriott

It was the pathetic stay I ever stayed in any hotel. I was very excited to stay in brand like Marriott but they are very poor at service & amenities and most important food. the quality of the food is pathetic. they serve the smelly pasta and smelly sambar because of the food quality my daughter and my wife suffered with food poisoning and the behaviour of the restaurant staff was also very pathetic they are not very professional not showing any hospitality they have a variety of food in buffet but taste of the food is bad I even cant find even a single thing you can have with the taste and after we complaint about the food poisoning they asked for the amount of rupees 900 + Texas to deliver a ORS packet of rupees 10. when we asked the chocolate icecream they serve to my son but denied for my daughter as we dont want to eat the strawberry ice cream they had only one option they didnt have any of the bakery items in chocolate, not in ice cream. I always stay in Agra. first time I thought I should try the Marriott a very big brand. I was very looking forward for the brand like Marriott to stay but I was very disappointed by the behaviour of the staff mainly restaurant staff. Also in the room table top glass was not fixed it was moving and the kettle was broken, the washroom door was not fix properly and lots of things. so I prefer not to stay in Marriott specially in Agra they are showing very poor quality of the food stay and in every aspect.Not even as Family it is as solo as well a very bad hotel to stay

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care. Staff always has smile on their face and always warmly greets you. I have classified my review in terms of different parameters:1) Front Desk: The staff at front desk was very helpful and courteous especially Mr. Mayank (Front Office Manager) who met us during our stay and attended us very well to check whether our stay is comfortable or not. The staff at reception will attend to your request immediately. Check-in and check-out process was very quick. There is a Kids game zone also with soccer table, pool table, TT and play station.2) Restaurant: Breakfast buffet was excellent with live counters as well. The taste of food was delicious. thanks to Chef and Mr. Jakir. Mr. Jakir in the restaurant was very helpful and is taking care of each and every guest by going an extra mile so that they should never feel any dis-comfort. During the breakfast time Mr. Jakir was attending each guest on their table very well. Staff in restaurant were excellent especially Jakir and Pravin.3) Housekeeping - The rooms were clean and spacious. I found that the housekeeping staff were very kind and polite especially Lotan has been doing a great job.. the towel art made by him was amazing. Thanks to Mr. Pankaj (Executive Housekeeper) who was very helpful and courteous. My wife feel in the room and when I called up for first aid, Mr. Pankaj and a security in-charge (forgot the name) attended us immediately.We spent a very good and relishing time at Agra because of the TEAM Courtyard by Marriott Agra. Please keep up the good work and will definitely recommend to all my friends and relativesStaff will warmly welcome you. Rooms are spacious. Kids zone is there at the hotel to keep your kids busy during the day time.

I stayed twice, management is best, breakfast is mouth watering, All person in restaurant are helpful including chef Asad is best in cooking, In restaurant Amit, Jahangir are best in All, management is good and helping nature, love you all.

We celebrated our mother’s 70th birthday in August 2021, here. Stayed for over 2 days. It is an excellent property with highly courteous staff and amazing food. The restaurant manager Piyush is quite helpful and a true leader who puts his team first when it comes to taking credits. They decorated the restaurant bay with flowers and balloons when we informed our mother’s birthday, and that too at no extra cost. The cake prepared by the chef was simply amazing. One Chef Samaira is very proactive in helping guests with the food. For her, the children are same as the adult guests. She tries to fulfil children’s request for different delicacies. JW is indeed full throughout the year. Must visit.

Amazing staying experience.Front Desk & Housekeeping Staff is very polite, professional with gentle gesture.Rooms are tidy and clean, hygiene is maintained at every point, meeting 5-star standards.Highly recommended stay for both family and business purpose.

The stay was really good and the hotel staff was very helpful, polite. The one thing concern me was about the person managing swimming pool, he was really a pain. standing on the head and stopping people to have fun

Room and interior was nice and super clean. a lot of options for food. staff ppl were wearing mask and gloves but there were some staff not wearing gloves. that should be an improvement area. Rest is all good.Especially Mr. Piyush was very hospitable and very coopertive during our bfst buffet. he attended us very nicely. Same goes for Mr. Hardeep.. thanks to you both ..

Nice food and ambiance. Pool was not operational

A very unpleasant experience.Its hard to explain. Putting out in a simple way - Whoevers milking more will be given more importance. In our case, it was some in-house wedding.Right from the time we arrived, the lady standing at the facade (she was horrible) was busy with the wedding guests. Our cab was asked to move ahead and no staff attended us.During check-in, dholaks were so loud that we could hardly converse among ourselves (forget about conveying anything to the receptionist (older one), who seemed to be a decent chap).Room was quite good with very basic amenities. No where near the standard of MARRIOTT! Sleepers were missing, mini bar was empty along with many other expected amenities which were not there.Night staff was good maybe because they were not busy with their in-house wedding guests.Television was shit with hardly 30 channels and wasnt even working at the beginning.This pastry shop in the picture was always empty and no one attended us. We checked it thrice.Now coming to the Breakfast.Same thing happened. We asked for dosas which were given to us after 15 mins. I was sitting there seeing other guests receiving it even though they arrived after we asked them for the same. Whoevers milking more! Remember? 1 night stay or wedding guests giving out lakhs.Check out (Another horrendous experience).Well after checkout, we were waiting for our cab and staff was as usual busy with their prioritised guests. First, they took our bags and left maybe to load it on our cab. They were gone while we were waiting for the cab and didnt even came to us for the help. We were helplessly looking for our bags. I was so frustrated at this moment that finally when they arrived (99% of the work was done here) i straight forward told them No thank you. Thats it.Feeling of left out? Thats exactly what we felt.Horrible/Horrendous experience with MARRIOTT Agra. Never ever staying there and wont recommend it to anyone.Everything about this hotel was horrible. Right from staff to basic amenities in a room.
