Nice hotel in a prime location. All important things are nearby. not much crowded as well. rooms are a bit small as compared to the charges but its understandable considering the location. staff is helpful. food is costly but tasty. overall a nice experience. good for business travellers and people travelling in groups.

Hotel location is the most positive point as it is situated on main M G road and easily accessible from railways stations and bus stand. reception staff was good and cooperative and helpful to resolve any issue. Rooms are average spacious with average amenities. Bedding and linen was good. Room service is ok. One area of improvement is breakfast quality and options. overall good stay and recommendable.

Location is good as its near by Sanjay Place Market. Hotel is also nice and room is good as per the prices. Services are little slow but they try their best to give your the good services. In Breakfast not so much option and they do not give water bottle complimentary. But I got one after requesting them. Staff is co-operative and nice. Hotel is not so much big but its good..

My stay was comfortable. However I found rooms are little Small in size and was not ready when they handed over room keys to us. When we have complained about the cleanliness and about some sound coming from outside in my room, so they have changed the room without any trouble. One problem is there in all rooms, running hot water is not available 24×7 in washrooms. They will make it available for sometime in morning once you inform them and that to is lukewarm water.Food is really good and kind of must try. They have a great restaurant at first floor. Overall property is small but nice, clean and easy to reach.

Staff were good. food was good. Room was neat and clean. However, there was only one towel ( knowing in advance that there would be two adults and two kids), no tooth paste was kept. But gave them when we asked. Switch socket was difficult to insert and had to call for help. Overall it was a nice stay for the budget.

The rooms are nice, cozy with good AC facility. There are no fans in the rooms. A fan would be appreciated given the AC in some rooms doesnt directly face the beds. Room service is good but a bit slow. Food served is good and the quantity is also good. Overall recommended for stays, though I found it a bit expensive on the cost side. Breakfast is kind of complimentary but has very limited options. We were served exactly the same breakfast for 2 alternate days.

This is a over rated hotel with all rosy pictures in booking sites. - No ventilation in room- Hot water not available 24*7, it is only available in morning.- Traffic sounds will not let you sleep.Overall I had a very bad experience of the stay. I paid for superior room but hotel manage initially provided me standard room and when I questioned about it then they provided me the superior one. These guys are fooling the tourists with these tricks.I would recommend people not to go with the amenities mentioned.

Hotel was good. i reached the hotel at 11 am and got my room immediately. staff are good too. hotel was neat clean.sufficient for a family of two adults and two children. restaurant was good and beautiful. food was good and tasty. hotel is very far from taj mahal, red fort and agra cantt station. overall nice stay....

EVERY THING WAS PERFECT.BUT THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM AFTER 9 AM.THE HOTEL WILL PROVIDE HOT WATER IN THE BUCKET HALF AN HOUR AFTER U HAVE TOLD THEM.SO PLEASE HAVE BATH BEFORE 9AM BEFORE THEY CLOSE THEIR BOILLER.BECAUSE OF THE HOT WATER DRAMA I DIDNT HAVE MY BREAKFAST AS IT WAS GETTING LATE. WHEN ASKED WHY THE LIFT IS NOT WORKING THE REPLY WAS (SIR LIFT HANG KAR GAYA HAI). HA HA HA

At check-in time was 11am but we got the room at 12:15am and the room size was small even the deluxe one.... expect that services are good

I had the most horrendous experience I have ever had in a hotel. For those of you who dont want to read the entire review, this hotel is not for women, especially solo women travellers.One person from their staff mistreated me repeatedly. I was travelling ALONE for work, but he assumed that I must be accompanied by a man, or, I plan on inviting a man to my room.The hotel doesnt permit unmarried couples. One of the their reception staff kept insinuating that I must be inviting a man, by asking me various questions and making some uncalled for remarks that made me exceedingly uncomfortable. After letting a few callous questions like, are you travelling with someone, will someone be accompanying you, where are you from, you will have to give your ID, where is your ID from, which company do you work for etc pass, when he finally told me that men are not allowed in the room while shutting the room door, I lost my cool and decided to confront him. The rest of the hotel staff was apologetic, and tried convincing me that I inferred it wrong. However, the man in question told me Aap ke bhale ke liye hi karna padta haiI am deeply hisheartened by the absence of the basic sense of hospitality in people, and would strongly recommend no woman to choose this hotel.
