มาช่วงโควิด คนพักน้อยที่พักไม่เต็ม พนักงานก็น้อยตามสถาณการณ์ ก็ว่ากันไม่ได้เนาะ เตียงนมแอร์เย็น เล่นน้ำในสระได้ก็เยี่ยมแล้ว ร่มรื่น ต้นไม้เยอะ ทางขึ้นที่พักเป็นเนินเขาทุกห้อง ไม่เหมาะกับการพาคนแก่มา ผมติดแค่อย่างเดียวเดินไกลมากจากจุดที่ลงเรือหน้าหาด ผู้สูงอายุคงเดินไม่ไหวครับ

Worst hotel everพนักงานไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ ตอนเชคอินรอเกือบชม. ห้องกลิ่นอับ เหม็นฝุ่นมาก แจ้งพนักงานไป พนักงานแจ้งว่านั่นคือกลิ่นปกติ ทุกห้องกลิ่นแบบนั้น เพราะช่วงโควิดไม่ค่อยมีลูกค้า งงมาก ตอบมาได้ไงแบบนี้ ถ้าไม่พร้อมก็ปิดบริการไปก่อนสิคะ แล้วก็เปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ ในห้องน้ำน้ำสีแดงสกปรกมาก น้ำในสระว่ายน้ำก็สกปรก สรุปคืนเงิน หาที่พักใหม่ค่ะ

สะอาด ปลอดภัย มีwifi กำลังจะมีสระว่ายน้ำ

We went to this hotel because it was highly recommeded in Lonely Planet. The staff is really really friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded and covered by ***y tall green leafy trees and bushes which is nice and helps keep the rooms and the area cool. Very reasonable price.

The breakfast is good and is held in the next doors bakery, which belongs to the same owner. We found out where we had to go (chunut is a good 10 min walk) and had a guy with a trolly take our bags for us for 200baht. We didnt feel the hike in price was justified and moved on. I loved this place.

Chunut has really lovely staff who are happy to accommodate your needs. The location was great as it was far enough away from the night life but close enough to get to it in a short walk. You can literally hear anything the people in the next room are saying or doing.

My friends and I traveled all over the island of Phi Phi staying multiple places. Its has a walking distance about less 10 minute to the town of Phi Phi. You hear the people in the morning but that is tolerable. Definitely not wheelchair accessible or child friendly as there are a lot of steps up.

ロビーのスタッフがとても明るく感じが良かったです。周囲の町並みは素敵で、何度も周辺を歩きました。エアコンは完備で快適に過ごせます。

立地は、便利な場所にあります。スタッフはよく教育されており、丁寧だった。食事の内容はすばらしかった。部屋は広くて荷物を広げる事が出来ました。

We were delighted to find out we were placed in the most recently refurbished room. Quiet location but only few minutes to Loh Dalam Beach and center. The bathroom leaked. To get there is like a maze, and ultimately you have to go past a waste water collection site that smells like a sewer.

The location is a little out of the way but its nice because its quietor so it would have been if the builders werent drilling and banging next to us because they are renovating the place. Our room was right ***** the front facing the street which meant a lot of street noise overnight. My husband and I are really not picky but this place was definitely the most disappointing part of our trip to Thailand.

もう一度このホテルを利用したいと思います。従業員のサービスは全く問題なかったです。泊まった部屋はすばらしかった。
